PARKERSBURG – The following reports were processed by the Wood County Trial Court on September 20:

* Sean Michael Adkins, 111 River St., Poca, W.Va., pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $270.25.

* Gary Brent Davis, 911 19th St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $195.25. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil fine to Family Dollar on Dudley Avenue.

* Sandyn Alex Tawney, 1126 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a first offense of shoplifting and was fined $180.25. She was ordered to pay a civil fine of $50 at the Wal-Mart store in South Parkersburg.

* Sasha Nicole Fordyce, 109 Hickory Heights Rd., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and was fined $370.25. A charge of expired registration and driving a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed after it was repaired.

* Todd Patrick Verdill, 14141 Triskett Rd, Cleveland, pleaded guilty to DUI with a BCL of less than 0.15, was fined $465.25 and sentenced to 24 hours in jail with nine hours credit for the time past.

* Jhordy Bisahi Melendez, 147 Jordyn Lane Apt. 335, Mineral Wells, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of malicious assault against a government official, health care worker or emergency service personnel. The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Natasha Dawn Smith, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was charged with not having proof of insurance and not having an operator’s license denied.

* Keith Edward Rucker, 4491 Wadesville Rd., Belleville, was indicted on charges of lack of insurance and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jason Lee Caplinger, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was charged with trespassing on posted property and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jasmine Sue Rollyson, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was charged with trespassing on posted property and released on $1,000 bond.

* Brent Matthew Shedd, 269 South Maple Dr., Mineral Wells, was charged with driving with a revoked license for DUI and expired MVI and released on $1,000 bond.

* Aaron Lee Davis, 1703 South Hills Dr., Parkersburg, was indicted for obstruction, possession of heroin, no seatbelt, no proof of insurance, no insurance and two counts of driving with a license suspended and held on $4,000 bond.

* Ryan James Bartelt, 688 Daniels Run Rd., Millstone, W.Va., was arraigned for trespassing and obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.

* Zachary Martin Winans, 2540 Wells Lock Rd., Elizabeth, was charged with shoplifting for the first time and released on $500 bond.

* Jonathan Allen Gloeckner, 805 Lynn Street, Parkersburg, was charged with petty larceny and released on $1,500 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in Wood County Trial Court on September 21:

* Michelle Elizabeth Parker, 1409 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a second offense of driving with a suspended license, faulty equipment and a $450.50 fine.

* Sandra R. Walker, 510 S. Ritchie Ave., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $175.25.

* Derek S. Bradley, 104 Victory St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $175.25.

* Mark Edward Goudy, 1575 Belvoir Blvd, Columbus, did not contest having an expired operator’s license and expired registration and a $360.50 fine.

* Ayden Michael Yost, 3310 6th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving or moving a vehicle/equipment with unauthorized lights and was fined $175.25.

* Lonnie Nichole Smith, 6757 W. Little Kanawha Hwy, Big Bend, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, fined $270.25 and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $50 at the Sheetz store on Seventh street.

* Thomas Eugene Stevens III, 2376 Meadowview Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 bond.

* Timothy David McMahon, 5400 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was pulled over for a third driving offense with a revoked license for DUI and being held on $5,000 bond.

* Garry J. Boyce Jr., 3482 Smithton Rd., West Union, was arraigned for breach of a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Billy Joe Gerwig, 3819 Bull Run Road, Waverly, was charged with having no operator’s license, no insurance, going left of center and having an incorrect check-in and released on bail of $2,000.

* Thomas Eugene Malone Jr., 1807 Clegg St., Parkersburg, was charged with criminal escape and held on $100,000 bond.

* Johnnie H. Williams, Phoenix, Arizona, was arraigned on domestic battery charges and released on $500 bond.

* Melissa Dawn Morris, 4400 Lincoln St., Parkersburg, has had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of escape or attempted escape. The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Davante Kyaire Singfield, 1275 Arnold Ave., Akron, waived a preliminary hearing for unlawful manufacture/delivery/transportation/possession of fentanyl. The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Lonnie Nichole Smith, 6757 W. Little Kanawha Hwy, Big Bend, was charged with shoplifting for the third offense. Records indicate it will be recharged.

* Laura E. Lewis, 2509 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling beer to someone under 21 and was fined $195.25.

* Natasha Dawn Smith, 877 Dry Run Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $220.25 and given a suspended 30-day jail sentence and one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of refusing to take fingerprints was dismissed.

* Cheryl Ann Rader, 618 Reed Street, Apt. 10, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving and transferring stolen property, was fined $180.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and one year unsupervised probation. She also pleaded guilty to knowingly providing a venue for the use of a controlled substance by others, was fined $180.25 and sentenced to six months in jail and one year of unsupervised probation. .

* Robin Michael Plauche, 35 Wellington Court Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $205.25. Plauche was ordered to pay a civil fine of $50 at the Dollar Tree store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg.

* Natasha Dawn Thorn-Smith, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $220.25 and given a suspended 30-day jail sentence and one year unsupervised probation.

* Aaron Ramone Williams, 1603 Beaver St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, was fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended and six months unsupervised probation.

* Dakota Thomas Moore, 42820 Road Fork Road, Caldwell, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25. Moore was ordered to pay a civil fine of $312.24 at the Wal-Mart store in Vienna.

* Aiden Thomas Dotson, 904 39th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to truancy and fined $220.25.

* David T. Benson, 1103 Camden Ave., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of issuing worthless checks and fined $601.45.
